  Article 4A of Export Control Order 2008 - provisions supplementing "the Torture Regulation" CERTAIN PROHIBITED MEDICINAL PRODUCTS The export of human or veterinary 'medicinal products' containing any of the following active ingredients are prohibited to the United States of America, or to any other destination if the known final destination of the product is the United States of America:

    Pancuronium bromide;

  • # 2.

    Propofol.

  Article 42S of Export Control Order 2008 - provisions supplementing "the EU Torture Regulation" The export from Northern Ireland of the following security and para-military police "goods" are prohibited to any destination within the EU customs territory.

  • # 1.

    Items within 2.1 in Annex II to "the EU Torture Regulation" (electric shock device worn on the body);

  • # 2.

    Items within 2.3 in Annex II to "the EU Torture Regulation" (bar fetters, weighted leg restraints, and gang chains);

  • # 3.

    Items within 2.1 in Annex III to "the EU Torture Regulation" (portable electric discharge weapons).
