the torture Regulation
"the torture Regulation", in relation to— (a) England and Wales and Scotland, means Regulation (EU) 2019/125 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 January 2019 concerning trade in certain goods which could be used for capital punishment, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment; (b) Northern Ireland, means Regulation (EU) 2019/125 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 January 2019 concerning trade in certain goods which could be used for capital punishment, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment as it has effect by virtue of the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland in the EU withdrawal agreement;
