The export of the following goods is prohibited to any destination: "Energetic materials", as follows, and mixtures containing one or more thereof:

  Nitrocellulose (containing more than 12.5% nitrogen);

• # b.

  Nitroglycol;

• # c.

  Pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN);

• # d.

  Picryl chloride;

• # e.

  Trinitrophenylmethylnitramine (tetryl);

• # f.

  2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene (TNT).
