Bombs, torpedoes, rockets, missiles, other explosive devices and charges, and related equipment and accessories, as follows, and specially designed components therefor:

  Bombs, torpedoes, grenades, smoke canisters, rockets, mines, missiles, depth charges, demolition-charges, demolition-devices, demolition-kits, "pyrotechnic" devices, cartridges, submunitions therefor and simulators (i.e., equipment simulating the characteristics of any of these items), specially designed for military use;

• # b.

  Equipment that is both specially designed for military use and specially designed for 'activities' relating to any of the following:

  • # 1.

    goods specified in ML4.a.; or

  • # 2.

    "improvised explosive devices";

• # c.

  Aircraft missile protection systems (AMPS) not specified in ML4.b.1.
